Budget Like a Pro!

To run and grow your practice like a pro, you have to budget like a pro! Below are two sample budgets, one is for lower cost options and the other for higher cost options. Cost of payment processing is excluded as it is based on volume of payments e-Notarization and e-Recording are excluded because they are per occurrence and on need basis.  

In evaluating your budget, make sure to consider the time saved by optimizing your practice and the ability to leverage time (by delegating to an assistant).  Also consider whether implementation at a later stage in your practice is going to be as easy it is would be now or will it be harder when you are busy? If the below solutions can save you one or two hours monthly, the solutions have just paid for themselves.  The true savings are likely to equal one hour per case or more.
