Olga Galanter, JD, LLM in Estate Planning
Olga has been practicing law in Florida for almost a decade. She focuses her practice on the issues of estate planning and estate administration matters, including international estate planning and tax issues related to estate planning. She is a graduate of both Far Eastern National University Law School, Russia (with Honors), and University of Miami School of Law (Magna Cum Laude). Olga received her Master’s degree in Estate Planning from the University Of Miami Graduate School Of Law. While in law school, Olga completed internships with the Honorable John J. Yuliya LaRoe, JD, PCC, ELI-MP
For over a decade, Yuliya has coached and trained hundreds of lawyers to achieve tangible business development results. Results such as growing client billings from $100,000 to over $1,000,000 annually, signing on new high profile clients, expanding existing clients’ business by 25%+ through cross-selling, achieving equity partnership status, and much more.
Her clients attribute their success to her unique legal business development methodology rooted in helping attorneys identify their natural “rainmaking style” and the “buying styles” of their contacts. This approach allows them to create a personalized rainmaking system that leverages their natural strengths, emphasizes the “give-to-get” mindset, and focuses on strategic relationship building through personalized high-touch outreach.
Prior to coaching lawyers, Yuliya served as legal counsel and advisor to Fortune 500 companies on a variety of issues related to their global operations.
